4.1 Account Security

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

6.2 Withdrawal Processing

8.1 Game Rules

In the event of a void bet, the stake amount will be returned to the Player's Account balance.

8.4 Connectivity and Technical Issues

bet088 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of the Player's internet disconnection, device failure, or other technical issues on the Player's side during an active game session. Where a game session is interrupted due to a technical fault on bet088's servers, the relevant bet will be resolved in accordance with the recorded game state at the time of interruption.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the bet088 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all Account funds:

• Opening or using more than one Account on the bet088 Platform, whether under the same or a different identity;
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of registration, KYC verification, or ongoing Account use;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any software designed to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human players;

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the bet088 Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. 14.1 Termination by bet088

bet088 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms, reasonable suspicion of fraud or prohibited conduct, regulatory or compliance requirements, or the withdrawal of bet088's authorization to operate in a particular jurisdiction.

14.2 Termination by Player

You may close your bet088 Account at any time by submitting a written request to the bet088 support team. Account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe subject to completion of any pending KYC requirements and withdrawal processing. Any withdrawable balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be refunded to your verified payment method.

14.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your Account, all licenses granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must discontinue all use of the bet088 Platform. Provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination — including but not limited to Sections 9, 10, 13, and 16 — shall continue to apply following termination.
